A Powerful Platform for Collaboration and Growth
IndiaJoy B2B 2025 brought together over 120 sellers from across India and 35 buyers, creating an impactful platform for co-productions, content licensing, and strategic alliances within India’s entertainment ecosystem. During the event, Sprouts Studio announced a fund of ₹6 crore dedicated to supporting intellectual properties (IPs) associated with the WAVES Animation Bazaar and the Indian Film Market by ProducerBazaar.
WAVES Animation Bazaar Showcases Emerging Talent

Government’s Vision for India’s Creative Future
At the inaugural session, Shri Sanjay Jaju, Secretary, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, remarked:
“This event is expected to benefit all segments of the entertainment industry. Bringing sellers and buyers onto a single platform will further energise India’s entertainment trade. Just as IPL revolutionised Indian cricket, the WAVES initiative that integrates creativity and technology will transform the entertainment sector.”
