The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, in collaboration with WaveX, has invited applications from startups to participate in the India AI Impact Summit 2026, scheduled to be held from 16th to 20th February 2026 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. The Summit is envisioned as a premier national platform to showcase cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions and promote collaboration across India’s rapidly evolving AI ecosystem.
The India AI Impact Summit 2026 aims to bring together startups, policymakers, industry leaders, investors, and global stakeholders to accelerate innovation and adoption of AI across sectors, with a special focus on media, entertainment, and emerging technologies.
WaveX Startup Exhibition Programme
As a key initiative under the Summit, WaveX will facilitate a dedicated Startup Exhibition Programme, offering selected startups the opportunity to showcase their AI-driven products and solutions to a wide national and international audience. Startups working in the AVGC-XR segment and developing AI-powered applications will receive dedicated exhibition space and business networking opportunities at the MIB Pavilion during the Summit.
This programme is designed to help startups gain visibility, strategic partnerships, and investor engagement, while enabling meaningful interactions with decision-makers and ecosystem enablers.
MIB Pavilion as a Collaboration Hub
The Ministry of Information & Broadcasting (MIB) Pavilion will act as a central hub for showcasing innovative and emerging AI technologies in the media and entertainment sector. It will provide a collaborative space where innovators can engage directly with government officials, industry experts, global delegates, and investors, fostering cross-sector collaboration between creativity and technology.
By enabling such structured engagement, the India AI Impact Summit 2026 is expected to play a crucial role in strengthening India’s AI innovation ecosystem and positioning the country as a global leader in responsible and impactful AI adoption.

The Summit will focus on driving practical AI use cases, encouraging innovation-led growth, and supporting startups that are developing scalable AI solutions.
